1. Written Service Agreement Scope
Every service provided by Onway Dispatch is governed by a formal written agreement outlining:
- Scope of Services
- Pricing & Billing Structure
- Service Schedule & Hours
- Contract Duration & Commitment
- Payment Terms & Invoicing
- Cancellation & Notice Clauses
2. Payments & Billing Schedules
- • Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule outlined in your proposal.
- • Ongoing monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- • Services may be temporarily suspended for overdue accounts past standard grace periods.
- • Applicable state or local taxes may be added where required by law.
3. Package Specific Terms
Operations Solution (Dispatch Services)
Standard Dispatch Services include dedicated operational support based on the selected package. Additional dispatch coverage beyond the contracted schedule is available at the applicable hourly rate ($16/hr).
Growth Solution (Business Growth Program)
Requires a minimum six (6) month service commitment. A strategic growth roadmap is implemented throughout the contract period. Early termination before completion may result in an Early Termination Fee (ETF) as outlined in the signed service agreement.
Digital Solution (Digital Growth Services)
Website development ($799 one-time) and digital marketing services are delivered per agreed project scope and timeline. Ongoing maintenance and SEO ($200/mo) are billed monthly.
